Privacy policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026
In short: we use what you send through our forms to reply, do the job, and see which parts of the site bring in work. We do not sell it or send you marketing. Google Analytics uses cookies on this site, and you can turn it off. Our forms use a bot check from Cloudflare. Call (541) 914-9952 with any question.
This page explains what Beyond Plumbing and Well collects through this website, why we collect it, where it goes, and the choices you have. We collect what we need to answer your request and to see how the site is used.
Who we are
Beyond Plumbing and Well is a plumbing business based in Springfield, Oregon. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Beyond Plumbing and Well. You can reach us at (541) 914-9952, Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, or through the form on our Contact page.
What you send us through a form
When you request an estimate, the form asks for:
- your name, phone number, and town
- what is going on, in your own words, if you want to tell us
- your email address, if you choose to give it
- photos, if you choose to attach them
When a builder requests a bid, the form asks for a name, phone number, email address, project town, and project type. It has room for a company name, plans or specs, a bid due date, and notes.
Each form also records which page you sent it from. Our form provider receives technical details, such as your IP address (the number that identifies your internet connection), and uses them to keep out spam and fake entries. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server records, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, set a time to look at the job, give you an estimate, and do the work if you hire us. We keep a record of your request so we have the history if you contact us again.
After we talk, we add what we need to do the job, such as your street address. We also note whether you hired us, roughly what the job came to, and how you found us, so we can see which parts of the site bring in work. If you call instead of using a form, we may keep a note of your call in the same system.
We do not use it to send you marketing.
Where it goes
- HighLevel. Our forms run on HighLevel (sometimes shown as LeadConnector). It receives your request, stores it, and emails it to us.
- Our email. Each request reaches us by email, so a copy sits in our inbox.
- The company that manages our website. The marketing company that builds and manages our website and our request system can see requests so it can keep everything working and report to us on how the website is doing.
- Our job software. When we give you an estimate or do work for you, your details may go into the software we use to schedule jobs and send estimates and invoices.
- Cloudflare Turnstile. Pages with a request form load Cloudflare Turnstile, through HighLevel, to check that a person, not a bot, is sending the form. Cloudflare gets your IP address and details about your browser and device for that check and to improve its bot checks. It says it does not use them to identify, profile, or target anyone, and that Turnstile does not access what you type into the form. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum (opens in a new tab).
- Google Analytics. See "Cookies and Google Analytics" below.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Beyond the list above, we share it only:
- when the law requires it
- to protect our rights or someone's safety
- with the people who keep our business and tax records
- with whoever takes over the business if it is ever sold
Emails from us
When we give you an estimate or do work for you, you may get emails about your estimate, visit, or invoice from our job software. After the job, we may email you to ask for a review. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to see how people use it. It records which pages people visit, how long they stay, and what they tap or click, such as our phone number. It also records what kind of device and browser they use, their general location (about the city), and how they found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies, small files stored in your browser, to recognize a browser that comes back and to tell one visit from the next. We do not send your name, phone number, email address, or anything you type into a form to Google Analytics.
When you use this site, your browser sends Google your IP address and the address of the page you are on. Google may collect information about your activity on this site and on other sites over time. For how Google uses information from sites like this one, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services (opens in a new tab).
The bot check on our forms, Cloudflare Turnstile, may also store a small piece of information in your browser for that check (see "Where it goes").
Our request form, which runs on HighLevel, also saves a few small items in your browser: a visit count, an ID, and, after you send a request, a copy of what you entered.
Turning analytics off
On a computer, Google's opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab) turns Google Analytics off in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. On a phone, use your browser's settings instead: deleting or blocking cookies stops Google Analytics from recognizing your next visit, and some browsers and content blockers block it entirely. The site works the same either way.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The site does not change what it does when it receives one; the steps above are the way to turn analytics off.
How long we keep it
Google Analytics keeps the details of each visit for about 14 months, then deletes them. Totals, such as how many people visited in a month, stay in its reports.
We keep your request, and the emails about it, for as long as they help us with your history. We have no set date for deleting them. If we did work for you, we keep the job records our business and tax records need.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (541) 914-9952 or send the request through the form on our Contact page. We may ask you to confirm the request is yours, for example by calling from the phone number on it.
When we delete a request, we remove it from our request system, our email, and our job software. Our request system keeps deleted records for up to 60 days before removing them for good. If we did work for you, or the law requires us to keep something, we keep only what those records need.
Keeping it safe
Forms on this site are sent over an encrypted connection. Your request is open to us and to the company that manages our website, and HighLevel, our email, and our job software store it or deliver it for us. No system is perfectly secure, but we use the protections our providers build in and keep access to the people who need it.
Children
This site is for adults arranging plumbing work. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
Some links, such as the license check on the Construction Contractors Board's site, go to sites we do not run. Their own privacy policies apply there.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles your information, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
